Bill Stephenson has won 87 felony criminal Jury trials and countless misdemeanor trials. His experience includes major felonies such as Murder, Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, as well as misdemeanor OVIs.
Additionally, he has filed over 100 Appeals; including arguing and winning State v. Shindler before the Ohio Supreme Court in 1994, which is still cited as authority for the sufficiency of suppression motions.

Mike Stahl is experienced in criminal Post-Conviction investigation and litigation of major felonies, including Murder and major Sex Offenses.
Additionally, he has appellate experience in the Ohio Court of Appeals, including the overturning of Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, Involuntary Homicide, and Felonious Assault convictions on Appeal, reversal of an Adverse Suppression ruling, and the granting of a Stay of Execution of Sentence by the Court of Appeals which released a new mother from Marysville prison to spend time with her infant while her case was on appeal.
Mike has also drafted a Petition for Certiorari before the United States Supreme Court, wherein the Court requested an opposition brief from the prosecution, and which went to conference 5 times on an Ohio OVI suppression issue.
